"I had gone here for 9 years and ended up changing vets due to them deciding to require a deposit without notice and cancelling my puppies appointment only a few days before his appointment due to them scheduling this appointment a month before without taking a deposit. I had missed appointments due to being sick or canceled due to being sick the office manager was rude when I tried talking to her about it and went in for the records for my pets. I recommended them to many friends and family members over the years and will absolutely no longer recommend them under any circumstance due to this."
