"I’ve been a member of this gym for years now and I have to say that ever since they got new managment this location has gone severely down hill. This location is by far the filthiest and least taken care of out all the local 24 Hours around town. The machines are constantly broken and the manager clearly does nothing to get them fixed. Most of them are also rusty and run down and there’s just no desire from the staff to clean them. The restrooms too are just disgusting to step foot in too and honestly are just health hazards. It’s a shame that this location has no respect for it’s clients needs. This location simply needs to step it up and do better."

"I have been a member of 24 fitness for over 22 years. I have to say this location was convenient since it was right across from a work site. This is the first time in this location. It was dark like a cave and many old and broken cardio machines. I literally moved 3 times to find a decent treadmill to walk on incline! I have been to many locations and I don't ever want to come back to this one. To make this location better they need new lighting asap and replace broken old equipment. Small changes could really improve this gym."

"I've been a member of a few gyms before and one thing that's important to me aside from good equipment would be cleanliness. This gym is always so filthy, There hasn't been bags in the locker room for wet clothes for months now. The machines are always full of dust and you can tell they don't get wiped down. Not to mention how many broken down stairmasters and treadmills there are and they have been like that for months as well. You can't be charging people an expensive monthly rate when you can't even keep up with the gym being in working order and maintain cleanliness. Do the employees not care about where they work to keep it clean?"

"I've been going to this gym for a really long time, probably since it opened. The quality after covid has really gone down the toilet. No soap on the showers, toilet stalls with no toilet paper, paper towel dispensers to wipe equipment are always empty. Staff is great though, pretty sure it's a corporate thing."

"This was a disappointing experience. First, I lift weights and this is what I'll discuss. I'm a former personal trainer and have lifted for decades. The most important aspect of lifting is form: without perfect form, you risk injury. Some rocket scientist decided to save money and only put mirrors on the upper half of the walls, meaning you cannot see yourself when you squat, lunge and do anything involving your lower body. GREAT way to ensure someone gets hurt, not to mention open yourselves up to liability and get sued. Second, at other gyms there are signs on the walls stating etiquette and rules: no dropping weights, no grunting, no phones, work in, no monopolizing machines, etc. A lot of people were never taught this etiquette, and it continues to get worse. I've had people refuse to work in ("I have 15 more minutes" as they take selfies. Well, I have two sets AND THAT'S LITERALLY THE WHOLE POINT OF WORKING IN!), and simply sit and play on their phone as they age. They act as though it's their living room. I've spoken to management about signage and nothing. Pay for a different gym that does things right. If you lift, you can definitely do better."
