"The staff is nice. We had a birthday party here. It was well organized. The place was relatively clean given that this was a weekend and there were a lot of people. Three stars because the platform where you can jump off is only open certain times of the day. It used to be open all the time. (Edit) Just had another birthday party. The entire place was a complete mess. It seemed understaffed. Only one person at the snack bar though she was very patient and sweet. I felt bad for her. Our party coordinator Isaac was awesome, seemed genuinely nice. It's kind of a bummer that you follow the party rules and don't bring in outside pizzas, etc., but right outside your party room, there are multiple groups of people having their own parties with their Little Cesar Pizzas (please see photos) I don't know if this place is a franchise or not - but whoever is in charge needs to either change the party rules, or enforce the food rules. I kind of felt silly paying extra for the party - could have just brought a Costco pizza and call it a party without paying $499 for 9 kids."

"My son is 2 and a half so he’s limited to the toddler zone which is 4 and under. Employees didn’t enforce this rule and the area was overrun by older kids. The ceiling in the toddler area was leaking pretty badly and these little dust balls were everywhere. Not the best for little kids honestly."

"Very clean which is clutch with these places. The service was great, easy to check in and get on your way. So many fun activities for all. A little concerned that employees did not oversee the toddler area very well. It really should be managed better as the toddlers deserve to have a safe area where older kids are not chasing each other in circles around the little ones. I also believe there should be better supervision in areas when you jump from a platform and have to crawl out. Too many kids are jumping on kids and from all directions. Be careful and watchful. There are great snack/drink options so you can plan to be there for hours should you like."

"An incredibly fun trampoline park suitable for all ages, despite it being mostly filled with kids! There are various areas to explore, and you can try your hand at basketball, climbing, and even walk across a balance beam. You can purchase different durations of playtime. The facility offers party rooms for events, a store with food and drinks, and comfortable seating with sofas and massage chairs for parents. Some staff members are present by the trampolines, ensuring safety and preventing any risky behavior."

"One of a good category trampoline park. Arrangements and facilities are good. Ample space for parents to hang in while kids play. The jumpy small soccer/badminton court found to be an interesting one. Free fall facility is also extra ordinary here. Have small snacks counter too with decent options. Like the place very much!"
