"About two weeks ago I went to the urgent care for shoulder pain, the a doctor x-rays my shoulder and did not offer me any pain medications or suggestions. He said other doctor will contact me and also the MRI department will contact me to make an appointment for MRI. I have been waiting for two weeks now. I haven’t heard anything from them. What a waste of my time and money I would never recommend this place for anybody. Also, their customer service the front desk girl she’s rude. I called them several times nobody would answer."
