After previously struggling to make progress in big box gyms and HIIT centered training facilities, I luckily came across Resilient when I was looking to restart my fitness routine after surgery. The owners, Scott and Shannon, are incredibly kind people who are truly invested in seeing their clients progress toward their health goals. Also, one of their strength coaches/trainers, Kellie, is AMAZING!! Her energy is always great and her attention to detail for ensuring everyone is doing the exercises correctly/safely are only a couple of the many reasons why she is a fantastic trainer. I’ve been going to the small group adult functional training sessions at Resilient three times per week since February 2023 and have seen significant improvement in my overall health. If you’re looking for a gym that will improve your strength, mobility, and overall health, this is the gym for you!"

The workouts are personalized enough to address past injuries or other concerns. I started here after an extensive labrum surgery and it’s been seamless.
