"A few months ago, I dislocated my arm, and shattered the head of my humerus from a cycling accident. I had to get a plate and screws inserted to reattach the bone. Post-surgery, I could barely move my arm, and struggled to do even the most basic of things, such as holding a cup of water, or pressing down on a soap bottle pump.
