"this place does not even deserve a 1 star.......I had more than 1 bad experiences with them.....I wanted to get a disc copy of my x-ray and called and left 3 messages in the span of few days....they never called back. By the time they contacted me almost 10 days later, it was after the fact. The doctor had to retake the x-ray because there is no images..........ANOTHER INCIDENT......I made an MRI appointment for my aneurysm ....the appointment was made almost 6 months ago and they call me the day before the appointment to tell me they do not do it at that location and need to reschedule a date for the hospital....IS THIS SOME KIND OF JOKE? This is a serious matter and they think nothing of it.......DO NOT GO TO THEM...it is horrid."

"Terrible service. Go some place else. They claimed the insurance company declined the MRI and they did not bother to call me. The MRI was marked urgent. They really don't care. This is not mere incompetence it is gross negligence. Business maybe too good for them so that's why they don't care."

"No wait if arrive you arrive at the scheduled time. As of now, you have to call them to book appointment. It would be great if they can provide an interface to book online."

"Go somewhere else if you can!! They canceled my appointment without telling me - no phone calls, clearly so disorganized they couldn't even find a staff member to blame. Tech was extremely rude. After I finally did the ultrasound, they said it would take a day for the results to be sent to the doctor. It took two weeks and only after two phone calls."
