"What can I say? My 9-year-old has been a student with Power of One since she was 6 and has loved every minute of the past 3 years under their tutelage. The instructors are incredible; kind, caring, tough and learned in their craft. They make classes fun but also challenging and I’ve watched not only my own kid but so many more learn the importance of discipline, integrity, courtesy and respect. Po1 is a martial arts studio that teaches multiple fighting styles from American Kenpo to Brazilian Jiujitsu (another class my child takes - that she absolutely loves!) but also Kickboxing, weapons training, Women’s Self Defense classes, you name it!
