"Our teenage son has been enrolled in MuDo since 2019 and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. Master Yi and the instructors are very knowledgeable and being a part of this amazing school has given our son a purpose and structure that he hadn’t found in any other activity before. He enrolled in the Black Belt program and has improved tremendously. We have seen him become stronger and expand his interest in martial arts. The combination of fitness, strength building, discipline and respect that are taught and encouraged in MuDo are providing our son with life-long skills. This is an amazing school and we can’t recommend it enough to other parents. We hope our son is able to stay there for the years to come and continue benefiting from this amazing community!"
"From the moment I started training at MuDo Integrated Martial Arts I realized how fortunate I was to find it. The level of training is highly professional with a low instructor-student ratio that means each student receives lots of personal guidance. My skills have improved immeasurably with Mudo's guidance. The atmosphere in the school couldn't be more welcoming and full of positive energy. The concepts of spirit and respect are core to the schools values and can be felt in every session. Most importantly, every time I finish a class, I feel physically and mentally fantastic."
"Our 12 year old daughter has been enrolled in both online and in person classes at Mudo. The instructors, Mr. Hamill and Ms. Sundeen, have been wonderful in their guidance through various belt levels of training. The classes are characterized by the individualized attention given to the students, an emphasis on respect, and a careful attention to form. For my daughter, I have been particularly impressed by her increasing self-confidence. I would highly recommend Mudo for anyone interested in fitness, defense, and an encouraging environment."
"After checking a few martial arts studios, I finally felt comfortable to put my 7 year old daughter in MuDo Integrated Martial Art. A big reason is the super friendly and professional staff, as well as Master Lee’s guidance. A few months into my daughter’s training, I decided to sign up myself as well, for both regular class, as well as Fitness Class! MuDo Fitness is great for somebody who want a good workout without getting into martial arts. It’s a great place to train your body and mind. Highly recommended."
"We were referred to MuDo by another family whose son has taken lessons there for years. I took my 12-year-old son there for a trial lesson, and half way through he was so enthusiastic, he asked me to please sign him up immediately. We are relative newcomers to MuDo, but in two months I see that my son has already begun to learn valuable life lessons within his study of martial arts: respect, consistency, discipline, and hard work rewarded. The structure of the classes is very clearly laid out, and the students are provided a handbook with guidelines to help them. At the same time, their class schedule is wonderfully flexible. My son has had the opportunity to work with Master Yi and all the instructors, and he truly enjoys working with each of them. They are serious in their approach and challenging; they command respect, but are very fair and excellent teachers. The students also get a good amount of individual attention. My son cannot wait to go back each week -- he loves it! I'm so pleased to have discovered this place. It has a great community of families. We very highly recommend MuDo - it is truly an excellent martial arts school."
