And the backyard is very special, with lots of flowers, greenery, like a little fairytale, that’s definitely stimulating imagination and creativity. "We love Stepping Stone! Ana has set up a great school. It has been such a nice place for our son and we’re thrilled to see him flourish there. The school has the nice intimate feel of a smaller in-home program but accommodates a dozen or so kids so it has the socialization benefits of a larger center. The teachers are very kind and friendly and they do a great job teaching our son. The facilities are great - there is a nice school room with a large fish tank, a beautiful back yard filled with flowers and a swing set for the kids to play around in, and a cute little al fresco dining area. They are great about letting the parents have birthday parties there, they’ve even had a petting zoo and magician! If you’re in Santa Monica or West LA, Stepping Stone is a wonderful choice, highly recommend!"

"We’ve been sending our son here since June 2023 and he’s flourished and grown in that time frame. The teachers are warm and engaging and the children are given lots of time to play indoors and outdoors in a peaceful atmosphere. They mix up the activities and his language development has been astounding. They also provide lunch and send daily videos which is so helpful. Highly recommend."

"So much love for this wonderful daycare! Stepping Stone is a true gem, a safe, fun, exciting haven for children where they can learn, laugh, and play all day. Our son has now been with Stepping Stone for almost a year, and we couldn't be happier! Founder / owner Mrs. Ana, who has created this little paradise, has a heart of gold and takes great pride in providing a nurturing and loving environment, where our little ones can grow and gain confidence. The daycare's freshly made nutritious lunches are typically served in the sweet pergola outside. Naps are inside Ana's beautiful big Spanish style house. The learning takes place inside the cozy house next to the garden. Ana's gorgeous garden also has a big playground slide. The greenery is incredible, and you can see how much the kids love it. There they can run, paint, play, dance, and if warm enough even play with water. The teachers are absolutely wonderful! We are seeing so much progress in our son's learning and speaking ability. Manager / Teacher Mirella does a tremendous job guiding the kids through the fun daily learning program, which is taught in English & Spanish. I am always amazed how well the kids behave, they are glued to every word she says. She engages them throughout the entire program, and the kids are excited to be part of it. Teacher Adriana is so sweet, has loads of patience, and does a great job documenting everything, so that parents can see what's happening throughout the day. Teacher Marisol is a sunshine, always welcomes the kids and parents with a big smile on her face. She also makes the daily delicious lunches for the children. Each of them bring so much warmth and love to the space! Stepping Stone is a place where we can be confident that our little one is in great hands. I can't thank the team enough for taking such great care of our son and his friends!"
