"I have been practicing Pilates for over fifteen years, and have never experienced another studio like Zalla Pilates. Jessie and her team teach classical Pilates with a focus on body awareness, knowledge and mindfulness that has transformed not only my Pilates practice, but my approach to all forms of exercise and movement. I thought that I was in pretty good shape before studying with Jessie, but at Zalla Pilates I have learned how to identify and turn on muscles and muscle groups that have been neglected and underdeveloped. I have learned how to make subtle changes to my posture in different poses which has led to relief from chronic pain in my neck and hips. Each class is not only an incredible workout, but an opportunity to learn more about your anatomy in a very approachable manner. The studio is bright and warm. The classes are a highlight of my week!"
