"The guys in this shop are olde time and have the goods throughout the shop to prove it. I was visiting the area from Florida and rented a 56cm Roubaix w SRAM red components. The mechanic was great. He swapped the 23mm tires to 28’s in a snap and gave me a bunch of suggestions on where to ride in the area. Highly recommend."
"The owner was so helpful, respectful and kind. In my experience, many bike shop employees are either condescending or creepy to female riders- but not at Bicycles of Ojai! The owner listened patiently to my issue and advised without being pushy. He was busy but took the time to show me the process while he was fixing my chain. The piece I needed was older and a bit outdated but they had it on hand at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!!!"
