"I started to go to Advance Physical Therapy a few months ago because of sciatic nerve pain which was making it difficult for me to walk, stretch, or bend over. At my second or third visit, I was practically hobbling in to their office. My physical therapist, Jason, started working on me, beginning with a very gentle massage. I have had a number of therapeutic massages in the past, most of which were pretty intense. My thought was, well, this is very pleasant but obviously will not do much to alleviate my condition.. After a few minutes of this soft massage Jason asked me to get up & walk. To my utter surprise & great relief, I stood up straight & walked like a normal person, with no pain.
