"We LOVE Diana and we can tell that she loves our girls, Noel and Cuddles. We have complete faith that they are well cared for and happy when Diana takes them. She talks to them like her babies and is so great to see their little nails painted when they’re done. The little extras that Diana provides, like the nail polish and allowing us to bring both girls in at once even though the app is not very friendly about scheduling period much less trying to schedule sibling pets - Diana always makes that easier despite the app’s quirks. "We brought our Dog we brought our vaccinations but the Manager Robert didn’t know which one for Rabies, we said we don’t know too but we have all of them and we brought it with is. He said yes I have to know which one is it has to be but I don’t know and this is not my problem I’m not gonna find any information about it. He was rude with my wife. We spent our time, money and didn’t expect that the Petco provides these kine of services. They have a vet clinic inside their store he could say give me a minute I will figure it out or say you know I can’t leave my work space I’m very busy but look we have a clinic there just ask them which one for Rabies but he just said this is no my problem do what ever you want. And then he refused to take our dog when we found out about vaccine. This is not a service that you expect."
