"I have one of the top 10 most painful diseases known to medicine. I called this office to get a straight forward answer and all I got was runaround. First, they said they would call me back to book me but it might take a week or two. I thought... why? But assumed covid. They weren't upfront about it at all. Made it sound out of ordinary for them. I had already been waiting for four weeks in pain but they said, wait another two. Today I finally got a call to book and they said the next available appointment is six weeks out. Wow.
