"Stay away from this clinic. They ask you to sign off a waiver. If something were to happen to patients, you have to basically agreed that you’re not going to sue them. If you don’t sign a waiver, Dr. won’t even do any exams besides talking. The facility is rundown in a very bad neighborhood also. I wish I can do zero star but there’s no option."
