"Had my 1st appointment with Dr.Little today & was extremely disappointed. To start, I waited almost 6 months for this appointment. It was my first pap/gyno appointment, I was filling out the paperwork because I had numerous concerns. Dr. came in the room, took the clipboard & said “I know all your background already, just undress” and closed the door. When she returned I tried voicing my concerns & she was very dismissive/unresponsive to everything I brought up. She continued to blame everything on my chronic illness, which just isn’t the cause of everything wrong. The appointment was EXTREMELY rushed, after a 6 MONTH wait, She saw me for less than 10 minutes. None of my concerns were addressed & I felt very uncomfortable with how I was handled when it’s such an invasive/personal kind of appointment. Luckily, she is leaving & I was told by her to find another gyno. I would recommend finding someone who will listen and take any concerns you have seriously. Your voice should be heard & the concerns you have about your own body are valid. Very disappointed coming from the usual experience at UCLA."
"Your office’s incompetence and lack of organization has cost me valuable time. I can’t believe it took five different people and phone calls to confirm that I was not able to have a procedure here. This kind of negligence is why the healthcare system allows people to stay sick without getting the much needed help they deserve and pay for. Do better."
"I love everything about Dr Little. She is loving, caring and friendly. She did my hysterectomy and I have nothing but positive words for her bed side manner and for making me very comfortable. I would never see anyone else."
"If only I would have read all of her reviews before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Little. She is not a representation of the many wonderful doctors I've met over the years at UCLA but she sure is awful. She was very much cold, rude, gave no suggestions, didn't take the time to review symptoms with me, and made me feel like I needed to tell her what she needed to do. She appeared to be rushed and uninterested to do her job. I left the office feeling confused and shocked by her despicable people skills and her lack of patient care, support, and service. She didn't give me an impression that she genuinely cares for or about woman's health. It truly is sad to read that many have had this similar experience with her and somehow she is still practicing medicine today. She is absolutely TERRIBLE! Dr. Jacqueline Fahey & Dr. Valentina Rodriguez, in the Westwood office, are amazing! Go to them and DO NOT go to Dr. Little!"
"Never visit this doctor anymore ! She is awful, cold, and eager for money. That’s my experience about her. She has terrible manner, unprofessional performance, and she is super impatient to a pregnant woman. I just first time visited her in UCLA Health a few days ago. She hurt me with an old tool when she checked my baby’s heart. I was worried about her big power on my belly. In addition, her office visit is ridiculous high price. Thus, you cannot image that a super terrible doctor service need you to pay $1360 for a first time office visit without any other medical test and exam or service. It’s really worthless for this doctor and the office visit. In addition, she was cold to me. I am not sure if this doctor is eager for money or just discriminate a pregnant woman. Ok, let me tell you how I found my first time visit charge: I checked my bill from UCLA health for my first visit on MyChart app yesterday. However, I am so confused about the incredible high cost of my first office visit in UCLA health clinic (Location: UCLA health Porter Ranch) The bill showed me that my office visiting fee cost $1360 (my insurance paid more than $500, and I should pay more than $800). I think it's a unreasonable fee for a patient, so I need an reasonable explanation about this cost. Then, I called UCLA health billing department for a reason, but no one can explain it for me, and they also made excuses to stop me to contact with their supervisor( they said their supervises are on vacation during “pandemic”). Later, I called the UCLA health for my doctor visit records for re-checking what kind of service did i enjoyed except a office visiting which lasted for less than 30 minutes. However, their staffs just promised me but it’s just a promise. However, one of their staffs told me that this doctor code my office visit level, so the Billing office gave the corresponding price as this doctor’s coding. By the way, i have to say that I didn't request and agree any other special medical service and exam during my first doctor visit. In addition, no one had told me anything about this unusually high cost in advance before I went to visit. If I had known the “truth” about UCLA health and this doctor early, I would not choose them , because of their terrible service and ridiculous high office visit fee. Thus, everyone, you should be careful a doctor who is eager for money and provides terrible service."
