I love the way his shop looks from the outside window because it reminds me of the childhood song, “How much is that doggy in the window?” I recommend this school where students are learning to cut dogs with hair 1000%."
"I called Alfonso because my dog’s former groomer told me that my Samoyed was too matted and needed to be shaved - an alarming and irresponsible suggestion to anyone who has experience with this breed - shaving a Samoyed can ruin their coat for their entire lives. Alfonso reassured me that my dog’s coat was normal, and today he did a beautiful job on Ollie - for the first time, there are no lingering mats or knots, and Ollie did not seem stressed by the experience. Alfonso also gave me tips for maintaining Ollie’s coat so that I don’t end up in a dire situation in the future. If you have a double-coated or long-haired pet, PLEASE avoid inexperienced groomers and instead call Alfonso. In addition to doing amazing work, he is prompt and responsive and easy to work with. We’ll be going to Broadway Grooming Clinic for any future needs."
"I am over the moon with how great this place is! It was our first time here with our 4 year old cat Trixie. Alfonso was very gentle and efficient with grooming our cat! He was also able to give us advice about our cat food and where to get it. Honestly, it was a very positive experience. We hope to book more sessions here!"
"**LATE POST** I got my pup groomed here in January and we both had a great experience. I'm just now posting because I want to share that the haircut's grown out beautifully, and I'll be scheduling our next grooming appointment soon! Alfonso did a great job working with me to figure out my pup's flea situation to get her on the right track again, and went out of his way to make sure I knew the resources available to ensure the health of my doggie. I highly recommend going here if you're looking for great customer service, a fair price, and want to support a local business."
