"I called last week to schedule an appointment and got their voice mailbox. I left a message for a call back and never heard back. Called again yesterday and left another message. Have yet to hear back from anyone. Based solely on the fact that they don’t even respond to a potential client’s phone call, I am not at all impressed with their customer service. If you are not accepting new clients, then perhaps your recording should reflect that! Or have the common courtesy to return the call and say that!"

"It was recommended to me to try Pampered Pooch by others at the Folsom Dog Park. I called this morning and made an appointment. They were booked until June 22! If they were booked that far out I thought this was a great sign. I called and made the appointment at 10:34am at 10:37am I got a phone call back cancelling my appointment saying that they are no longer accepting any new clients?! And then I verified my appt was over a month away and I understood that, the lady on the other end of the phone got very short with me and stated she couldn't cut my puppy and hung up on me. I wish I could give a review based on the service I received on my puppy's haircut but I wasn't given the opportunity. It is very sad when a lifetime Folsom resident want to support local business and the local business refuses support by the community."
