"The instore self check out machine didn’t recognize the coupon I had earlier placed on my phone app. The salesperson said she couldn’t help me out. I was entitled to a discount but couldn’t get it through the machine. Salesperson could have taken the time to honor my coupon manually but walked away to help another customer. If loading a coupon on your app doesn’t work properly and the salesperson can’t help me, using the app and coupons is a waste of my time. That said, the pharmacy staff is amazing and very helpful!"
