"If I could give zero stars I would. Long story short. I had a cerclage while I was pregnant. It should have been removed before I gave birth. Fast forward to 2.5 years after having my son and it’s still there. Had to go through the most excruciating pain ever to have it removed and also had recurring abdominal pain through that 2.5 years (I had epidural for birth so yes even worse than that). You’re just a paycheck to this office. They do not care and clearly do not pay attention to detail. I could keep going but it won’t change anything. I filed a grievance which I’m told I will never know the results of. I feel like none of them will be held accountable for this. So please just don’t go here. Go somewhere that will care about you as a human being."

"I am 14 weeks and have already had such a terrible experience with this facility and most everyone here. Only my last appt with Dr. Yakis and her nurse was nice. The people working front desk have been snarky and rude with comments about things I’m uncertain about and should be their job to help reassure or inform me. My appt with Dr. Graham was really quick and he didn’t even wait for the ultrasound image to print all the way out before ripping out the machine which caused it to be warped and torn looking. He only printed the one image. Had I been a first time mother it would have been an even worse experience. Nothing close to creating a special moment. Also not to mention EVERYTHING IN THEIR “process” is extremely slow and sometimes they don’t even call or tell you that you’ve been referred someplace. I was listed high risk when I came in at 8 weeks. They sent off a referral in early March as well as recommended I take a genetic test. Months went by and I heard nothing and asked countless times about it and my response was always that it was pending for insurance approval. My main concern was IF I SHOULD decide to abort a child due to some genetic issue this was all a time sensitive matter and it would result in that option not existing. I’m not saying I would abort but the fact that it’s time sensitive didn’t really concern anyone here. I didn’t get a response until Mid MAY That the referral was approved in April and no one called me. The was told it wasn’t sent out until May to only be approved a few days later?? With my first pregnancy it was NOTHING like this. I was living in Florida at that time and was also high risk. When I went in there at 8 weeks I had genetic testing done, sent to sacred heart for high risk and had results back by 10 weeks. I was established with the same doctor and was able to build a relationship with him. At sutter I’m still waiting. No one seems to care. I haven’t been sent to my high risk referral and I was told I’ll be seeing a DIFFERENT DOCTOR EVERY VISIT. I don’t recommend this place and often think I should switch providers. Also after taking the Natera genetic test I received results stating I was a carrier for a disorder. This was around May 15th. I was told to speak to a counselor about option and to thoroughly go over results. I had to make a phone call appt which was to last 15 min. They cannot get me in on a phone call until after JUNE 20th. !!! It is absurd the amount of time they make you wait for something really important and to me urgent."

"I just saw Dr. Graham today at this medical facility and I was impressed. he was kind and clearly explained everything to me. I had some uterine issues that needed to be addressed. He was able to take care of those needs during our visit. I'm glad that I set up my appointment here."

"Called this office multiple times to be seen for my pregnancy. Was told I wouldn’t be able to get in until I was 15 weeks pregnant for my first appointment. The doctors are probably great but the receptionists are not patient friendly and either would not communicate with the providers or the physicians themselves did not care."

"Elizabeth was one out of 4 doctors that were taking care of me. I had a higher risk pregnancy and had to stay at Sutter memorial hospital for 2 months. I had and incompetent cervix where I needed to sleep elevated with my legs and body up. my head to the floor for two months and then when I went home another month. I had lost 2 pregnancies before this one. None of the regular obgyn’s knew what was wrong with me Elizabeth is Extremely one of the best doctors I ever had! She specializes in high risk pregnancies. These type of doctors are not your normal obgyn doctors! Elizabeth has special training for any type of regular pregnancies to advanced high risk pregnancies! She has worked with some of the best obgyn/ High risk doctors! My son is now 17 years old. If it was not for her I would not of had my son. In 2011 I had another high risk pregnancy. Elizabeth did my cercolge and helped me threw this pregnancy once again. I had to be seen many times with her. Her care is unbelievable! Now I have a beautiful girl named taylor who is now 6 years old. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me and helping me keep these babies inside my belly until it was time to deliver! Elizabeth you are truly an angel sent from above!"
