"I placed an order for Percoten-v for my dog, Rambo. He needed a new vial for his monthly injection since he has Addison’s disease. I was so worried I didn’t think his medication was going to arrive on time. I contacted customer service and the wait wasn’t bad, you just need to be patient. Tammy provided excellent customer service and was able to ship his meds asap and I received it today. Thank you so much again, I’ll definitely keep ordering here."

"Absolutely the worst online pet pharmacy. Ordered medication, and my vet approved the "3rd party" order the next day. My vet approved it again the next day. It took Vetdepot 4 days just to show it approved and another to create the label. They then shipped it the cheapest method possible with USPS. My dog is in severe pain and will continue to wait on this incompetent company. Stick to the larger pharmacies if you need pet meds. These small middle-man operations are horrible and not worth the $10 in savings. I regret this purchase and just hope I actually receive the medication."

"I placed an order for Denamarin which the website said "in stock" on Oct 8. I have received no communications past my order confirmation. Today I called and was told, sorry due to manufacturer issues we don't have this product in stock.. . My dog went without for weeks a few months back when places were out of stock. The guy tells me the refund will be issued between 3-5 business days. That will have been 3 weeks since I ordered. I do NOT recommend this seller!!"

"Careful buying from this company. They are NOT a pharmacy but a middleman buying from another pharmacy. Vet Depot makes many mistakes and lacks proper communication abilities to successfully fill an order. If you buy from them you must allow a couple weeks for delivery and follow up daily. Took 2 weeks to get vet approval for WRONG quantity, order shipped short and was never notified of shortage. Ordered elsewhere, vet approved and shipped same day. After 2 weeks I received 1 week of meds instead of 1 month. Lucky this was not a critical medication and I could easily re-order quickly."
