"Pharmacist Makesh Makwana has now 3 times held up my prescription for medications to manage chronic pain due to rheumatoid arthritis. I can appreciate the need to be careful with opioid medications but I have a full team of physicians treating my conditions. He is clearly ignoring the orders of the prescribing physicians. He doesn’t know more than my team of well qualified doctors and shouldn’t supplant their care with his biased judgement."

"Sad by its customer service. Normally they are very kind and helpful at Walgreens but at this store Lady was very comp. Ing wouldn’t help with the solution, and kept misdirecting me. my dad is 83 years old and she left them without any medication urgently needed for heart condition and she would offer a way to help to solve this and kept sending me in circles with physician and with insurance. That the Walgreens does this to patients."

"I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years, came in today to pick some meds the girl that rang me up had green eyes younger didn’t even give me all the medications and had an attitude .I waited in line and a girl with glasses helped me also had an attitude. I’m not sure if they hate their job or what, but that’s not the attitude to have."

"The staff at the pharmacy is completely incompetent and rude. They yell at customers, fail to fill and keep prescriptions, and lose information. I will NEVER be using this pharmacy again. I’ve been waiting for my prescriptions that said they’d be filled a week ago now for over an hour after paying on my app and being in the express line"

"Checked into my Flu Shot appointment at 1pm, my flu shot appt was at 130pm. Though they were quite busy, they were helping people that got there after me, I had to wait 30min after my appointment to get my vaccine. Really disappointed at the customer service provided. "Squeaky Wheel" is an understatement here"
