"Ugh!!! This is a hard post for me to write. I’ve been taking my babies to the Mutt for almost 8 years. My babies (Titan and Riley)usually get groomed on Saturdays and they would be there for almost 4 hours! I complained about it and was told to bring them in during the week. I scheduled an appointment for today, I know it’s the day before thanksgiving but was promised they would be 1st in and out. No longer 2 hours. I took time off work to take advantage of the quickness of this appointment. I dropped them off for a 9:00 am appointment and it took 5 1/2 hours! I spoke to Bailey about my concern how this never happened with the old owners. I was told by Bailey unfortunately the old owners were not high tech and the past groomers were not as experienced as the staff now! Wait, what!!?? Very professional of you to bash the past owners and employees! Kat, Mike, Erin, Jordan, Mary,Ryan, Kelli, Julian, Emma, Madison, Carrie and Alex you are truly missed!"

"Had the best experience. Took my nervous pup in and Alejandro was able to take good care of him. He calm him down and was able to clip his nails. I highly recommend!! Thank you!"

"Always super nice and understanding when we take our dogs in. One of my dogs is a dog reactive shepherd so I usually ask for help when taking him into the groomers. My other dog is afraid of people but they do their best to get the quick grooming done. They were nice enough to sit and wait for us to get there since my pup doesn’t go into kennels easily. Probably the most patient groomers I’ve met."
