"Customer service is key. As I walked up to the front of the line, the male cashier was walking out of the register area. I said wait one more customer. He replied with, “too late.” And he walked away. There was another cashier but she had just started with that customer. This is the type of behavior that causes customers to stop shopping at places. It’s unfortunate that employees don’t care much about customer service."

"I found the syringes needed for nursing small animals which I did not find at the other big pet supply store the day before. Their merchandise is well stocked and looking really cute in some displays with generic, faceless, colorless dogs. They have a good selection of flotation vests for dogs and a good selection of small animal cages. The cashier was cheerful and polite."
