"I spoke with a Denise today. She seemed very unhelpful and confused about helping me. She told me to call my Dr because she didn’t want to call or fax them herself for my refill. Which I’ve been getting refilled at this pharmacy for a long time. gWhen I told her that was unusual she asked me to hold and put me on hold for 15 minutes when someone else said “Can I help you?” As if I hadn’t already talked to the 1st person. It was rude and I know she was just hoping I’ld hang up when she put me on hold."

"The pharmacy does a great job,I can count on them to always have my medication available. They call my doctor's, i need a refill. They will do everything possible to help me.. I'm grateful they are in that area of the city. And thankful to the staff and Vons."

"This Vons Pharmacy has a very rude and incompetent Manager. He needs to be sent to take CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 course and take some vitamin to build some energy. That way he won't be TOO LAZY to do anything and help customer for once. If he can not do his job right, Quit and let somebody else take over. Cheren the staff pharmacy seems fine to replace him. The district manager should do something about this manager. Is there ever a performance review? Probably not. Otherwise, he should've get demoted to a closed pharmacy where he doesn't have to deal with people. I doubt there are a lot of customers going to this Vons. There are so many pharmacy within less than 10 mins distant but I go to this one. Even RITE AID has a better review. How can this place stay in business? I am not sure how. I understand how pharmacy works and I will not be surprised if Walgreens or CVS buy this pharmacy . I don't like both but this location is worst. Do not go to this location unless you like a bad customer service and lazy pharmacist."

"Very Rude pharmacist at this location, scoffed at the prescriptions and very lazily said he wouldn’t fill most of them. Shame on Vons for hiring such an incredibly uncaring man. Simply disgusting."
