"I called to make an appointment for my dog to be groomed just now and Leslie told me "No, you can't bring your dog" and then said "Go **** yourself", and hung up on me. Wow... Irrational behavior, be forewarned their customer service is not the greatest. Needless to say no longer a customer of this place!"
"I took my dog for grooming and she shaved my dogs face so bad that she had cuts on her face. When I called a few days later to tell her I was totally upset she tried to lie and say she wasn’t working that day. But my friend was with me when we too my dog on and got her out. No animal should ever have this happen to them. I hope no one goes there my did is still suffering I wish I could show pictures"
"I took my pit bull Bambino there and they did such a great job. Leslie was very knowledgeable about dogs and professional in what she does.
