"I dropped off my dog for a bath and brush and when I picked her up, it was clear that her nails were not trimmed and her ears weren't clean. I'm not 100% sure if they did her gland expression either. These services are part of a bath and brush package so it's really disappointing that the job was only half done."

"Wow. I’m so glad that I found this place. Our mutt Indiana is super skiddish and nervous. We usually get his nails trimmed at the vet because they know him and treat him kindly. We now live in Mission Viejo and he needed a nail trim. I decided to give Sydnee’s a try. They’re AMAZING, kind, gentle, loving and Indy and I will go back for sure the next time he needs his nails trimmed. Thank you to the staff at Sydnee’s. Highly recommend!"

"I brought my 2 cat in to get there nails trimmed on 8/15/23. I wish I got her name because She had her hand full plus the only one in the office handling all the dogs. I will give her a ten for her professional handling all the animals plus cutting my cats nails"

"I like this place. But the one reason it got a 4 star instead of 5 is because of my dog's nails. This shop was able to cut all the nails but 1. She said it was too curved and I had to go to the VET. I paid $30 dollars on top of the $15 I had spent at Sydney's only for the VET to cut the one nail good and ask why they didn't do this at the shop. So, I got my dogs full grooming done a week or two later and told what hapoen, they said we can give you 5 dollars off the full groom. So, in all it's good but I'm aware of what I get now."

"I am incredibly upset at this place. We sent my loving, carefree dog to this groomer a few times now and we aren’t sure what they did but after the last time he went he came home acting skittish and unusual. We discovered blood on his paw and assume they cut too close to the quick. Another time my husband went to pick him up they were yelling at another dog. We will never be go back to this groomer and I don’t recommend that anyone else does either."
