"She took a biopsy of the WRONG area of my wife's body. Need I say more? My wife, as she was laying down on the table for the procedure confirmed the area that needs to a biopsy with Dr. Gunjan Bhatnagar. Then the doctor proceed to cut some flesh from my wife IN THE WRONG PLACE. This is not a thing you are allowed to make a mistake about. Like, you had one job, how do you mess that up when you confirmed where literally 1 minute before. Now we have to wait for another doctor, another test, and more weeks for results, while my wife has pain and a scar from a biopsy in the wrong place. My wife saw another competent doc who said the biopsy wasn't even necessary! She just needed some cream and all good. AND she collected money for a copay that she should NOT have collected, and even then it was $50 more than my usual copay and what she said she would charge. She also said even though the biopsy was in the wrong place, she would follow up with the results. She still hasn't done that either, over 6 weeks later. So let's see: biopsy in the wrong place!, didn't even need it, charged copay when no needed, and even then, overcharged the copay, never got back with test results!! We are looking into filing a malpractice suit."
