"Dr. Hong is absolutely amazing. She delivered my 2nd baby and I had no issues or complications. It was an emergency C-Section since he decided to come early, but during every step of the way she informed me what was going on and put me at ease. I can say I am healing up nicely and ahead of schedule thanks to such amazing care. If you are thinking of making an appointment with Dr. Hong do not hesitate! You will be so happy that you did! If we have another baby, she will be my doctor again for sure! 8/15/2023 UPDATE DR. Hong has absolutely done it again with amazing care! We were surprised to hear we were pregnant again with baby #3 so soon, but I knew without a doubt I would be contacting Dr. Hong again! Due to my genetics we had another preemie, but I can honestly say that there is no other doctor I would have trusted with my life and my baby’s life other than Dr. Hong. My baby was delivered safe and healthy and I was able to recover from my c-section and come home within 2 1/2 days. This is ALL THANKS to Dr. Hong, her associate Dr. Cho, and the wonderful team that they have at their offices. Although we are done with having kids, I will continue with my womanly care and visits with Dr. Hong. She is a true asset to the medical field and has been an angel for our family and babies. Again, please DO NOT HESITATE to book an appointment with Dr. Hong. She is amazing."

"It’s so interesting. When I made an appointment, I asked about the Insurance information and said I would accept it. When I got to the clinic, they said that they didn’t accept the Insurance and didn’t cooperate. When I made an appointment, why didn't you say you wouldn't accept my insurance a month ago."

"Was on a waiting list for 5 months for an IUD (yea… a waiting list for birth control) and was told once 5 people are on this waiting list they’ll buy them and have everyone come in. Had called and was told there use to be 5 people on the list and they never notified anyone nor did they get any IUDs for anyone and now there are less people because nobody wants to wait. So I was lied to, my time was wasted and a co pay was paid for no reason. They also said if they order one for me I’d have to pay a $500 deposit on it then have my insurance pay me back. First time I got merena IUD I just walked in and got it. Extremely frustrating."

"I am a patient at Dr.Hong’s sierra madre location. Dr. hong is an amazing doctor! Since it was my first baby I didn’t know what to expect. Office visits were often quick in the beginning but once it was go time, I felt how much Dr.Hong cared. It made me realize why she was always in a hurry during normal office visits- it’s because shes always at the hospital delivering babies and making sure mothers/baby are okay. I was high risk and induction didn’t work for me so Dr.Hong strongly recommended me to do a C-Section. She held me when I was getting my epidural and insisted even when the nurse asked to take over. That really touched my heart and showed how much she cares for her patients. Dr.Hong was there everyday when I was at the hospital for a week to check in. Even the nurses at Huntington were raving about how nice she is. She is the best! If you’re pregnant and looking for a doctor go to Dr. Hong!"
