"I made an appointment for 10/27/23 at 8:30 am. When I checked in the system said no appointment made. So I waited in the lobby as a walk in. I was waiting in the lobby with another person waiting as well There was no other persons with appointments. We could hear the employees in the back talking and laughing. During this half hour of waiting, the other person and I could have been seen. The customer service at this location is terrible."
"Cannot be seen unless you have an appointment. Customer service is lacking here and there’s not much they can do to help you. There’s also little to no desire to help you either. Super disappointing experience and would not recommend this location unless you’re able to get an appointment. Good luck."
