"Couple days ago, I bought my mom here at ER because she’s having stroke, the wait time and front desk was not bad and we were move in right away after be notify she’s having a stroke. I have to gave 5 stars to the ER Ms Jaime L and her assistant nurse and Dr. Zhou who was treating my mom. They were handle very sufficient and caring. I know all staffs are busy or tired with long hours but please understand patients need your caring and help that’s why they are here. I saw there are more younger medical staffs on board with good matter. Please don’t forget what is the mission to be medical staffs is to be safe and caring for people. I truly hope this will improve."
"Dr. Mosesian in the ER should have her medical license revoked. I was taken to the ER at San Gabriel hospital by an ambulance. I waited two hours in a hospital bed before the doctor talked to me. There were only 5 other people in the ER. I screamed in pain and I was ignored the entire time. Dr. Mosesian never evaluated me, not once! I never even gave a urine sample or anything! She treated me like I was a liar and wasn’t in pain! The nurse came and told me I was being discharged even though I was still in pain and throwing up. I told them I can’t even stand up because I was given a shot of morphine an hour prior. They called security to physically remove me from the ER hospital bed! And then they called Sam Gabriel PD to take me to the parking lot and leave me there! I am filing a complaint against this doctor and will be suing for medical malpractice. Dr. Zhi, another ER doctor at San Gabriel hospital treated me the day before and he was great! He was attentive to my concerns and got me feeling better in an hour. Dr. Mosesian refused to treat my pain and caused me great emotional distress. Dr. Mosesian! You are the worst doctor!! I will be suing you and the hospital. I have a video of the entire incident."
"My daughter gave birth there and they were the only ones who had a medication she need prior to delivering my grandson. It was those nurse first experience with a patient who did not require anything for pain! They were super nice and the respiratory therapist was super helpful also. Amazing experience"
"I had an infected right thumb that need immediate attention and made the mistake of going to the Emergency Dept at San Gabriel Valley Medical Center. It was late on a Friday evening and this was the nearest and open facility for care. I went to the ED around 10 PM. They had meet wait fir 3 hours and finally did incision and drainage, gave me antibiotics and meds and sent me home around 1:30 am. The care they provided was not bad, the issue I have is that my good insurance paid them thousands of dollars for a simple outpatient treatment an d they bill like I had major surgery. After getting paid very well for their facility fee and professional fee, they sent me additional bills for thousands of dollars. I have insurance and they paid them well but they balance billed me more than my copay, etc... I called to get explanation of billed charges and they don't care and answer nothing except call your insurance. Are you kidding? You are the one who billed and you are unwilling to provide transparent information to the patient. I called Blue Cross of CA (my insurance) and they will review the claims. Next, I am sending a letter with all the cills to the CA Dept of Public Health. Under CA law, it is unlawful to give surprise bills like they are. Never telling a patient anything, just randomly billing and getting paid thousands for care and then greedily going after the patient for more. Very unethical place."
"It saddens me when I heard the labor and delivery department is closing in Nov; I just delivered my daughter on 10/30. All nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctors were very patient and nice! Me and my husband felt great about our 3-day stay here! Great service and attention to detail!"
