"If I could give Dr. bess 10 stars, I would. I've been seeing her for years and she's the best Dr. I've ever had, period. Also, importantly, there's nothing in the office they cannot do... Blood tests, ultra sound, flu shots, follow-up blood tests, referrals... just tell them and they'll take care of it. Dr. Bess herself is super caring, helpful, generous with her time and I actually look forward to seeing her. She takes great care of her patients and goes extra mile to listen or to do and keeps a tight ship running."
"She is a doctor who appears to be personable (at least with me), but the office is run extremely chaotic. Office manager has no personality, does not return calls, does not seem to know what the staff is doing. She immediately claims to know nothing that's going on around her if you ask a question. She takes no responsibility for much of anything. They have people in the office sitting on top of each other to see a doctor. They overbook her consistently. If you elect to make an appointment to see for yourself I'd be curious to hear what you see. The office is run CRAZY! It make the doctor really look bad, but she is not. I just can't take it anymore. ALSO personal information discussed at the front desk in a BIG no! no! but it has happened each time I was there. PULL THE PATIENT TO THE BACK OFFICE TO DISCUSS PERSONAL DETAILS (front office issues). Everyone knows that. Technically speaking they owe me a free visit because I was charged for a visit unscheduled, they overbooked for what I was called in for, but the insurance was charged anyway. CHECK OUT THE YELP REVIEWS TOO! I THINK WHAT IS STATED HERE IS CONFIRMED THERE AS WELL."
"I've been coming to doctor Ludmila for years now. She is extremely sweet and most importantly caring and experience gynecologist (she's been practicing for over 40 years). It is so rare these days to find a health care specialist who truly cares about you and your health, and wouldn't recommend any unnecessary procedures etc. Would highly recommend her to all woman"
