"In 2019, Adorable World/Giftable World produced a new stuffed animal for us. It went well so in 2021, we paid them to produce 5 more samples. They started 4 of them and we gave them corrections. Then they just ghosted us. We called & emailed Tony & Vanessa for months and got no response. We paid for samples we never received. If there were issues due to covid, they could have conveyed this to us, but instead chose not to communicate with us at all. This company is unreliable and untrustworthy."
