"Not very happy with this website. I placed an order for a small brown dog collar and leash set on the 25th of April. I was charged $385.00 for these items but to date I have not received them and my texts, emails and phone calls - which get forwarded to another number - remain unanswered. Not good! I’ve done much online shopping for my pet, especially for a very special collar and leash set, and never experienced such poor customer service."
