"Dr. Bates is a fantastic doctor. She has a perfect bedside manner and is very personable. However, there is a desperate need of improvement in her office. Often times, there is no answer on the phone. It sometimes takes me several phone calls just to make an appointment. And Good Samaritan, the hospital itself has a major issue. When something happens, there is no one, absolutely no one that I can talk to to sort it out. I received a questionable bill from them, and it took me 6 weeks to sort it out. There is a billing department but no one is available at all times. So I needed to get in touch with the legal department just to get an attention. There is no solid communication system between the hospital and its doctors, so it takes a while to obtain any sort of solution to a problem. The online billing system is non-existent. So you will have to call them and wait forever to make a payment on the phone, or detach a slip from the bill, write your credit card info and mail it in (who does this nowadays?) It is such a shame because Dr. Bates is wonderful. I'm going to change my OB/GYN."

So I drove all the way to the building only to not be able to park. I got stuck in the parking garage, which is very sketchy. Had to pay for parking because there exit Gate was broken and I had to sit here longer than 15 minutes."
