"Worst doctor and staff experience of my life. The front office management were highly disorganized, and before I went in for the appointment I told them I only needed a well women's exam. They grossly overcharged me and REFUSED to work it out with insurance. The office manager was horribly inappropriate, yelling my private medical information about me across the office. Talk about a HIPAA violation to the max. She also said she would not send any outstanding bill to collections, yet here I am with a bill from Robert Corlett's office in collections. They are HORRIBLE! Seriously was the worst, most unprofessional experience of my life. They refuse to work with clients and insurance in appropriate manner and just raking in as much money from insurance as possible. Highly unethical practice. Oh, and I never received a diagnosis or any results for the icing on top. Dr Corlett just told me to go get another test elsewhere and come back later for an answer or diagnosis of any concern I had. No thanks, not going back for part 2 of this financial nightmare. Here I am dealing with this well over a year later. Money and being "right" is obviously way more important to them than customer service."
