"Setting up new services, I requested an appointment online. I then submitted the requested paperwork online. I received a voicemail from the office that confirmed they had the appointment set. Before the appointment, I called the office during regular hours, but their message is to email them. I didn't have anything additional to provide nor any questions, so I didn't see the need to email anything. I took the day off to make my appointment. The morning of the appointment I receive a voicemail that the appointment was cancelled. I called back, but again, they don't seem to take direct calls -- you have to email them or leave a message during regular hours. Ultimately, they cancelled me -- after I took the day off. Seems unprofessional all the way around. No other medical service I use has this level of dysfunction."
