"THEY TAKE CENCAL FOR WISDOM TERTH REMOVAL Dr. Raffi Asadorian was great. they do wisdom teeth removal when you are conscious and I didn’t feel any pain. Prices even if you don’t have insurance aren’t that bad (~3500-$4000). Dr was funny, accommodating. 10/10 would recommend. Only minor complaint would be that they are in a rush since the doctor is only in once a week. i got lucky with a no show. Shirley and the doctor don’t have the best communication either. And I couldn’t understand what the assistant was telling me for my recovery"

"the worst scheduling service I've ever had. I waited 2 months to get an appointment for my wisdom teeth removal and then they had to reschedule it twice because the doctor wasn't available. When I finally had my appointment I got to the office, waited an hour, sat down in the room to get my surgery and the doctor came in to tell me he didn't have the correct x-rays and I would need to get them done elsewhere and pay an additional $250. I've had to miss multiple days of work and college trying to fit my schedule around this office just for them to cancel all of my appointments."

"I made my first appointment to come here to start all over with a new dentist. Right when I walked into the office it felt like a home. I got all my x-rays done on my first visit along with an appointment/consultation with Dr. Zak. Yes, it was on a Zoom call but it was totally ok because he showed me pictures of my whole mouth and went over my whole treatment plan with me and will continue to over see all the way through it along side my Dentist in the office which has been Dr. Nichols. Dr. Nichols and the office staff have been so nice and patient with me and make me feel safe and know everything that is going on. There was also someone that worked with me with a payment plan so that I could get my work plan started. Overall, I give this office 10/10 in every area so far."

"If I could give the is place a 0 I would. Scheduling department is extremely disconnected from the actual office and has no idea what they’re doing. They gave me a list of 8 things needed to be done to my teeth, and convinced me to sign up for their wellness plan because the copay for the procedures would be the same price. I’ve been in here 3 times now in the past 6 months because each time they booked me for just a normal cleaning that has nothing to do with my “treatment plan” or procedures they listed & each time they of course don’t have time to do everything. My last appointment they just decided to reschedule me from 5pm to 2pm, without my consent and I completely missed that appointment. Horrible experience, I wish I never signed up for that wellness plan because now I’m stuck with them for a year."

"First time ever going to get services done and had to go back a second time same day because my teeth were not cleaned properly. No one was apologetic for the inconvenience or lack of care I received. Tried calling to get a refund for a membership plan they put me on because I no longer want to be a member and receive services at Zak dental and I cant. They never sent me the terms and conditions after to read after my initial appointment. That was my own fault for not getting it. Do not recommend getting serviced here ever. I am stuck here for the year."
