"I took my perfectly healthy labradoodle to paws on the water for grooming around December 10th. The last thing I said was please check his ears which they did not. I took him in again a couple of days later for them to check his ears and they took him inside and pulled the hair out of his ears. The next day his ears were oozing and bleeding from what they had done to him. When I confronted them they said the hemostats must have gotten tangled in his hair but both ears were oozing and bleeding and totally inflamed. When I sent pictures of his ears to them their response was he must have had an ear infection which he did not. I sent a registered letter and pictures to them and spoke to both of them on the phone and they became confrontational agitated and one of them informed me that she was a law student and that was why she was speaking in the manner that she was. She said I was slandering them and I informed her that if something is true it is not slander. I am making this public to protect other people and their helpless animals. I am heartbroken over this and very angry and upset. When I spoke to them the girl said I always tell my clients not to pull the hair out of a labradoodles ears. I had been going there for almost 2 years and had never heard a word about not pulling hair out of the labradoodles ears ever. They did refund The grooming fee. Pawz on the water hurt my helpless puppy and responded with not compassion and remorse but confrontational hostility and lies."

"Awesome experience! I have three stubborn dogs that have never been to a groomer before. Paige (sorry if it's spelled differently) was great, very friendly. The dogs smelled great after. Will definitely go back if we're back in that area."
