"Came for pharmacy pick up; one person serving , each customer served for 20 min. Imagine 20 min. Queue got so long but no one to serve to bother. Couldn’t wait and finally had to leave. The worst!!!!!"

"I just stood at the register ready to check out while the older female cashier actively ignored me for about about 10 mins while she talked to a customer at the photo center. She could have acknowledged me, called for backup or even just apologize for the wait but failed to do all even when the line got very, very long. Once she finally came to ring me up, there was no eye contact, greeting or apology for the wait. Next time I'll just order my items from Amazon or Walmart to be delivered. These people working here lack basic customer service. No greeting or offer to help customers at all."

"I went to Walgreens to buy a single soda and the staff were elderly people and I told one of the staff I was ready to pay and she ignored me. There were 3 people working on photos and none at the cashiers. This was the second time this happened to me."

"RIDICULOUS....NEVER GO HERE! this pharmacy recieved my perscription at 940am. I made two attempt to drive through and pick up my meds....at 12pm and 230pm. The second time I drove up they told me they don't have the medication and they haven't in days!!!???? Why wouldn't they tell my service provided they didn't have any when they sent them the perscription? Better yet, why wouldn't they tell me that the first time I drove up to the pharmacy window!!!!!????? Unbelievable that walgreens plays with people health this way!"

"Most everything is overly priced, but typical of pharmacies. Even with coupons, store brands are far more expensive than Walmart or Target. When picking up prescriptions, easier to just pay the premium sometimes than making another trip. Pharmacist not helpful, she's oftentimes rude when we pick up prescriptions & want to speak when her. Drive up window is a huge convenience especially in bad weather. Lines can be long, but when sick, much better alternative to going inside."
