"My experience at the pharmacy was horrible. I made an online appointment to get a COVID test. I showed up, paid the $19.99 with an $20.00 bill, and was told there was a person ahead of me. No, problem. A few minutes later, the pharmacist calls me to the desk to tell me they were out of C-19 tests, and the closest Walgreens that has them is 10 miles away. He advised the clerk to refund me the money, so I placed the penny that I received as change on the counter in order to get a $20.00 bill back and was told he can’t give me the $20 back. Really! I spoke with the store manager about this and he said he would talk with the pharmacist. Needless to say, I end purchasing a home test that cost $23.99. I do not recommend this Walgreens location, and feel the pharmacist act in a manner of racism."
"The pharmacy is literally the worst. It doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or inside, you’ll wait no less than a half hour for your prescription on a good day. And even so there’s been times where I wait in line forever only to be told they have to get it ready when it should have already been ready. So I have to wait another fifteen minutes and then get back in line again only for them to forget to package one of my prescriptions completely so I had to return and wait another forty five minutes for them to say they don’t see the prescription. Another time with only two other people in line after serving a costumer for over fifteen minutes one of the workers said she’ll help us in a sec then said she was going on break which was a good fifteen minutes. They need more staff because it’s a nightmare every single time."
"Do not come here for consultation. These pharmacists are the worst. There are two Asian pharmacists here sorry I am not trying to be racist. I just want to pin point to the exact people. My wife was suffering from a bad neck sprain and I went to ask for some over the counter for it. After waiting for 20 mins the lady comes out and was just like you can search from the pain and relief department and anything that you see there you can take it. How’s this helpful ? This is absolutely ridiculous. Please refrain yourself from visiting this pharmacy especially if you need some consultation advice. The People only on white coats can give consultation advice and unfortunately those people are absolutely hopeless here. Please save yourself some trip and don’t visit this place. All the reviews are real."
"DO NOT go to this Walgreens! Service is horrible, in particular with the photo staff member. The assistant team lead manager and Store Manager Carlos to be exact. I asked for their help today to fix a canvas print to rebind back together after purchasing, and there response..NO. Just buy a new one. I asked if I could receive a further explanation from the Manager Carlos, and the assistant team lead refused and said, oh all he will do is cover the staff butts and tell us to tell you to buy another one. Really? This is call the worse customer service EVER! Now, I see why the review ratings are the way they are. They do NOT care to service at all, only make a profit. I recommend DO NOT go to this Walgreens on Mowry Avenue. Please go for superior service off Decoto Rd. They SUCK...Manager and Assistant Team Lead"
"Kindly avoid this pharmacy if you can. The minimum wait time for a prescription is 30-45 minutes. Most of the times there would be only one person serving the pickup/drop off counter and for each customer they take 15-20 minutes which is insane. If you don't have enough resources/manpower to run the pharmacy please shut it down. My kid had ear infection and I wanted the medicine asap, but these people never processed it and had to route my prescription to CVS instead. Kindly stay away from this pharmacy."
