"I wish I could give no stars! I was a patient for a few years. only because watson was the only other OBGYN in gilroy (and he isn't so great either) that accepted my insurance... A few visits in her office her bedside manner is non existent. Any question i asked was answered in a rude manner as if i was her child and she was annoyed by the question. once i told her of a spot i had pain and said i thought i had something and she replied with "you're not a doctor so don't diagnose yourself!" very snarky. one visit she didn't inform me that she was no longer accepting my insurance and she went through with the appointment anyway. no forewarning and i had been billed more that $700. how do you not inform you patients you no longer accept their insurance?! i suggest going out of town. these doctors are not worth trying out."

"The Worst experience I have lived. Well deserved review, this happened 1year ago I tried not to post a review but I want to share my experience so other people don’t live this horrible experience. I went for IV vitamins and I end up in the emergency room with my arm swallowing and black the pain was horrible. I asked Jumnah Thanapathy to pay at least for my emergency room even though I couldn’t go to work for a whole week I only asked for that and she denied. What a shame!! Risk your health for some vitamins that it never happened because she doesn’t even know how to administrate an IV. And for her to even denied to pay my emergency room wow that’s low, I guess she can sleep well at night risking people lives."

"I called to see if I could get last minute lip injections before a trip. The receptionist went out of her way to consult the doctor & see the soonest I could be seen. I was able to get in 30 minutes after I made the phone call! The procedure was smooth and I love the results! I highly recommend this clinic."

"I’m speaking on my daughters behalf. This was her first experience going to an obgyn. She had had ovarian cysts and has been treated in er for them. Our family practice dr put her on birth control to keep the cuts at bay and also for acne. This dr was very rude, did not explain things to her. She talked down to her and made her feel very uncomfortable. This was traumatic for her and the dr could have been kinder and understanding. She will not be going back to her ever again. For somebody that deals with women she could have been more professional instead of bothered. She should not be working if she dislikes her job so much."

"I was a patient of Dr. Thanapathy, hadn't seen her in three years. Tried to make appointment and she would not see me because I now have Medicare. I feel she should accommodate her patients, not turn them away just due to change in insurance! Very disappointed."
