"the aquarium section is horrible and poorly maintained. they don’t treat their fishes and other marine life with care. poor execution on handling the fish and placing them in the bag which causes the fish to always be under extreme stress. they were extremely aggressive and impatient. seems like they’re always in a rush every single time we go but there’s only like 5 people in the store lmao"

"Adding our recent experience: We decided to go on Thursday evening and to weigh our dogs. Closing time is 8 p.m., and we realized we would be able to get there between 7:40 and 7:45 we knew exactly what we wanted and where it was, so it was completely reasonable to weigh the dogs, grab three bags of food, and be out before 8. Nope. The shop was locked up and nobody was visible inside. I knocked on both doors. Someone else arrived and tried to phone them. Two other families arrived and were similarly disappointed. There was no sign on the door that might explain an unusual circumstance. No, just locked and gone. Low prices are good, but not so good if you have to drive there twice to make your purchase. ................. This place has low prices on premium brand dog foods as well as the grocery store lines. There's a good selection of toys, tools, and other equipment needed for animals. They have a fish and bird section, as well as some reptiles, and sometimes on weekends they will have special pet adoption events. The store is not convenient to me, but I go out of my way for the prices and selection."

"Friendly staff and cheap food for my cats. I recently purchased a high end tree from there, (my 2nd tree from P C). The quality is very high and my cat is super happy!. The tuna flakes are a big hit from here and the Scamp kitty litter is the best I've used yet. The cashiers don't accept credit cards, only debit."
