"Thanks so much to petsmart hotel folks!! We took our dog there for boarding the 1st time last June for 7 days. We we so nervous, it was the first time in the 10 years we had him that he was away from us. They did such a great job with him. He did great with the other dogs during play time. I think he really felt comfortable there. The folks that work there are very caring and loving animal people. We took him there again this last weekend for just a couple days. Same results!!"

"There's really nothing to complain about with this pet store. Employees are all very friendly and will sometimes greet you at the door. Products are almost always in stock and cleanly displayed, and their prices, even though they've gone up recently, prices are still good because they're still on par with other stores, who've also had price increases recently."

"Maria from grooming is a superstar! Never in 8 years has my shih tzu Chien Po looked so good. I asked her for short face, short body, trimmed long tail, rounded paws, and asked her to leave his white chest tuft but trim it up to make it look nice. She met all of my needs and handled my dog as gentle as a baby. I will most definitely be returning to see her for his next hair cut. Thank you so much Maria, 5 stars for you, you are the best!"

"I really feel like this store has the best selection of any of three pet supply stores within a half mile radius. We have a lot of choices but this store is my choice! The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. I recently adopted an 8-week-old puppy. Stopped by the store to buy all of the necessities and some of the not so necessary for my new fur baby. One of the young women in the store took the time to introduce me to their puppy coupon book. It has tons of coupons, it does cost you 20 bucks but I saved $25 using coupons from it on that very first visit. They carry all of the premium quality brands of pet food, dry and wet. Some of the median level brands that are always a better price. Whatever you choose to feed your pet, they have it. Their selection of leashes and harnesses is the best of the three stores in the area. Their toy selection as well as treat selection is also the best. I come here quite a lot to fill door dash orders for customers, so I am an expert telling you this is a great store! In addition to the usual pet supplies.
