"All bad with them, I left my cat for the vacations in December and I had to confirm the stay twice, they are very disorganized with the mails and documents, by that time I sent all the vaccines up to date, last week we took him to bathe and they asked again for the documents of vaccines and they already had them from the other time, they said that one vaccine was expired and we had it applied before leaving him for our vacation. When my husband picked up the cat, the person in charge told him that the next time we took him for a bath, we should also bring medicine to calm him down or put him to sleep! SOOTHING/SLEEPING MEDICINE AT A PLACE THAT "SPECIALIZES" IN CATS! Since we picked him up he has been behaving differently I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. End"

"We have 2 cats that go here for boarding and nail trimmings. We have never been impressed by their care as they repeatedly forget to send updates when staying the night and make our cats uncomfortable. This time was the last straw. Our youngest cat who is trusting and friendly and ALWAYS calm at vet appointments or nail trims was apparently “uncooperative” and they cut his nail “a little too short”… the nail is gone. It is bleeding and he is in pain. They brushed it off so casually. What a horrific place. He is absolutely traumatized by their carelessness. If you love your cat, I would think twice about having your cats groomed here."

"I had used the Cat’s Inn service in 2 different occasion. The first time was a 3-day boarding when our family went on a short trip. My cat was well taken care of. He went home a little bit thinner, which was expected because cats get stressed out in strange places. The inn’s staffs sent me an update email, and a couple of pictures of my cat. It was generally a pleasant experience. Today I brought my cat in again for a grooming and nail trimming session. My cat seemed to be fine afterwards, no abnormal extra amount of stress. His fur was soft and fresh. The only thing was one of his nail was cut too close and I could see the quick was cut and bled a little bit. While I understand it id hard to deal with animals moving around, this is why I bring him to a professional to avoid traumatizing things like this from happening. I give 3 stars because I do think the staffs are animal lovers and care about them. However, I hope groomers could be more careful."
