"Great service and clean room. I left my expensive pillow at check out. The following weekend came back and they had it there nicely stored. Mayra was the name of my cleaning lady that recover my pillow. I've been staying at this Motel 6 since I was 20 , now 39. Helena schepis was the manager back then. Very friendly and polite front desk staff. If you want a good price for the peninsula this is the spot to go. Booking online is usually cheaper than paying at front desk."

"This hotel reeks of smoke smell. You may have booked a non-smoking room, but the lobby and the room still smells of smoke. It’s close to SFO, so that helps and 101 free-way connectivity is great but I’d only stay here if it’s for short-term."

"Using the Expedia app for lower pricing sucks, you complete the process and then it gives you the wrong date. I’m trying to correct the date, that’s when they start hitting you with fees for correcting their apps errors. Don’t use Expedia it SUCKS and is Expensive!!!!"

"My baby and I got sick because the room we stayed in had mold. All of our clothes got wet and smelled very bad. They didn't offer refund they only offer to change room. I had to take my son to the ER because he had a tempature of 103.5f and I couldn't take my pets with me and they said I couldn't stay in their hotel because dogs were barking all day and cannot stay in the room by themselves. I hear dogs whining, crying and barking all night when their owners go out of their rooms. This is the worst hotel they couldn't fix the problem, so they used the excuse of dogs just so that they didn't have to deal with the insalubrious room we got. Now I have a sick baby and no place to stay other hotel are out of my budget I will be staying in my car with son and my dogs until I find another hotel. The general manager could've handled this situation better by saying don't let it happen again but no he chose to be inhumane."
