"Was just here usually prefer this location than any other safeway in the Peninsula, besides tonight. Horrible experience, by am not sure if he was acting supervisor or manager. Which I doubt his worthy of either position. I had asked to price check a product and the lady at register asked if I had taken a photo . It would be honored. But he switches with her. And he runs to the Isle . Starts to change barcordes and says he can't honor it. He has a heavy accent. Is the only way I can describe him. Probably 5 feet 2inch. Spanish. Name is Luis, which I found out via other customer, who also had a bad experience with him. I even have photo of the item before he went and changed it. So unprofessional. Am very disappointed. Edit; I called the store and spoke to 2 different "assistant" managers neither knew or simply ignored it. I really thought I was going to talk to the actual store owner or managers.. Basically they asked for my # and never reached back... Was I hoping I would get the item at the honored price it should of been? Not really but a meaningful conversation perhaps.. Anyways as of 5/30/23. The conclusion is they don't care. Now that's my opinion only. I no longer shop there. Besides the 1 day I tried to make contact about my review. Nothing is what I got. I don't mean that physically. Or in any other forum that could be considered a reward. Quite the opposite. Completely ignored. The end. ."
