"My wife went to this doctor. we are not happy with the service and the doctor. very bad management and the office supervisor has no respect for the patients. DR Washington, and and her office personal have no respect for patients. Doctors are there to help the patients get/fell better. unfortunately, Dr Washington and her office manager never care about patients and their feelings."

"I have had great experiences at this office. Dr. Washington is clearly at the top of her profession. She is very good at explaining what is happening and keeps up with evidence based information in her practice. She listens to patient concerns and discusses options for treatment. The staff in the office are courteous and professional. The physical environment of the office is well decorated and comfortable."

"Dont understand all these bad things being said about Dr. Washington when my kids use to call her the super nice doctor. I dont have any complaints about her or her staff when they were extremely nice everytime I went. I am a nice person though maybe if your stuck up or rude then yeah they dont stand by it but thats a good thing. People are rude and she knew my name and kids names by the 3rd visit which is not how most places are. She took good care of me till delivery and I always tell my friends its a great place to go to."

"I have nothing good to say about Dr. Washington's office. On July 19th I found out that I had miscarried and I had a D&C done on July 29th. A month later I'm still bleeding and her staff won't schedule an appointment with me because she said insurance won't cover me if I'm not pregnant anymore. I talked to my insurance company and they said of course I would be covered for a follow up on my surgery. Dr. Washington's staff still won't schedule me so the advice nurses are telling me to go to the ER because I need to be seen right away. Clearly Dr. Washington cares more about her pocketbook than her patient's health. Thank you Dr. Washington for taking a heartbreaking situation and making it even more difficult."

"I have to balance out what others are saying about Dr. Washington. She is an awesome OB!!! The only time that I have had to wait is if another mom was giving birth and Dr. Washington was her birthing doctor. And guess what people, giving birth takes time! I think that is why they call it Labor!! She and her staff have always been kind and now know me by first name (without looking on the chart) after only going to her for a couple of months. I think one time she was playing gospel music, but most of the time she just plays R&B. I find it soothing."
