"A bit shocked at the costumer service. I’ve been a loyal costumer to this store, paying a premium for over priced dog food for the last 3 years, but do like supporting smaller/community businesses. From all my purchases I earned a free dog wash… When I went to use it, they would not honor it, telling me it was past 90 days (two weeks to late)…and there was nothing they could do… Not only was I never told it had expiration date… the cashier was extremely rude about it. A 15 dollar dog wash is not a big deal. It’s the principle, I’ve been a loyal costumer then treated like none of that meant anything, and pretty much told to f-off. I paid for the dog wash but won’t ever spend another dime in this store, my business is going elsewhere."
